Colin Powell couldn’t be more right—the Republican Party is losing its base because of extremists who continue to force the party to the right. We need to move back to the center and focus on our original common sense values if we want to make gains in the November election.
I completely agree with Colin Powell. The GOP base is low and we lack control in the government. Pushing the party more right is only going to force the few supporters we have left to stray. The GOP needs to practice a little give and take.
